First Aid Programmes

First Aid is the immediate care given to an injured or suddenly ill person. Your training will include proper first aid skills to aid an injured person until higher trained help arrives. Depending on the situation you can save a life, help shorten rehabilitation time, and actually help prevent permanent disability by simply providing the basic first aid skills and being able to recognize an emergency situation.
